IML's Asset Services team provides technical support for all aspects of the variation process.
We deliver this through a centralised variation management framework, tailored for project specific requirements. The structure allows us to identify variations:
- with ongoing lifecycle, maintenance and insurance risk;
- which have an impact on the unitary charge i.e. addition / removal of a contractual process;
- which may have a "material impact" on any project; and
- which are small in nature and have no impact on the project.
