The Asset & Advisory team provide a management and administration function to a number of large real estate and infrastructure projects, through both stand-alone and portfolio arrangements. Our service is focused on ensuring contractual and statutory compliance for clients whilst identifying opportunities to enhance value through understanding both the commercial aspects and the operational requirements of projects. We provide:

  • Commercial knowledge on the application of project insurances, ensuring compliance with associated documentation

  • Experience and understanding of Joint Insurance Cost Reporting (“JICR”)

  • Trend analysis of claims raised to identify risk
  • Understanding and application of Project Insurance Change (“PIC”)
